User Experience is paramount; introducing Lumion walk-throughs

If you haven’t established by now, Black Gold Developments is a pioneer when it comes to research and technology. They have recently invested in Lumion 9; a superb software which allows the team to create VR video walk-throughs of all properties.

Lumion allows Black Gold Developments to create life-like video, providing a detailed walk-through experience for potential homebuyers. Users can enter the building (virtually) and walk through the fantastic reception area. They can navigate the lift area and visit an apartment of their choice. Here they’ll see a carbon-copy of their potential apartment, understanding everything from how it looks when you first open the door, to the flow of the rooms, to the high specification, light and layout.

We believe offering a VR experience will enhance our customers experience. Why wouldn’t you want to walk around your new home before it was built?
