Black Gold Developments Welcome New BIM Site Manager

Black Gold Developments is rapidly expanding their team as they continue to pioneer Building Information Modelling (BIM) as a platform for cohesive design and construction. 

As part of their recent expansion plans, they are pleased to onboard Harrison Jones, and welcome him to the Black Gold family this month. 

Harrison has joined the team as the new BIM Site Engineer. Harrison’s focus is to bridge the divide between Architects and Builders with the goal of helping to co-ordinate the transition of information on time critical changes and improvements to Black Gold projects. 

Pioneering BIM at a site level has been a focus for Black Gold Developments for the last five years. They promoted the BIM platform at one of their apartment schemes, Canaway Court, in Poole, Dorset, and have since been striving for further BIM success across the board.  

Founder, Julian Jones, recognised early-on the array of benefits that BIM offers; unifying your team and suppliers to one interconnected workspace which tracks site changes in real time.

BIM has been implemented across all Black Gold Developments’ projects.
