Our new-build schemes are designed to blend into established environments. We combine forward-thinking construction and engineering knowhow, with modern design elements to produce a product that we feel is fit for the future.

We understand how important renewable energy is, and how we as property developers have a responsibility to build homes for the future which are less demanding of resources.  

Founder, Julian Jones, is pioneering new drilling technology in a bid to make Geothermal energy available on residential developments. Our focus is on the application to shallow Geothermal drilling, for fossil fuel replacement energy.

Geothermal energy is an exciting and sustainable energy creation. It is not used on scale in the domestic sector yet, so we are implementing it at two of our sites; Brudenell Road in Sandbanks, and Spectre in Jersey. 

With a successful background in the oil and gas industry, Julian and the team strive to pioneer the industry, contributing to the creation of carbon neutral homes for all new homeowners.
