Black Gold Developments believe in the power of BIM (Building Information Modelling). So much so, they have recently invested in the sophisticated software to allow them to manage projects using BIM in-house, whilst on a mission to inspire other suppliers to convert to BIM along the way.

BIM is the future for the construction landscape. Why? Because it provides a more collaborative, automated and seamless way of working for all parties involved. This in turn improves efficiency, limits waste (time and resource) and creates successful partnerships from start to finish.

Black Gold Developments have a focus on BIM being the red thread in all that we, and others like us, do moving forwards. In fact, BlackGold Developments has asked every supplier involved with the Canaway Court project in Poole, Dorset, to use BIM as the central programme and platform for updates. Despite the fear of the unknown for many, the hard-work, precision and influence BIM has already had at the front end, is paying off on this project tenfold.
